Shipping policy

International Shipping

All international shipments exported out of the United States are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning you as the customer are responsible for all import fees and taxes that may be imposed by your country. This allows us to keep our international shipping costs low by not having to pay a third-party to calculate and pre-pay duty for every country we ship to.

In most cases, you will be contacted by your government or post office to pay the fees prior to delivery. In some rare cases, you may receive a bill from them after delivery. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific country or item.

We currently ship to any country in the world except China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates.

Warranty and Repairs

For warranty claims within 2 years of initial purchase from our website or an authorized dealer, shipping costs within the United States will be covered and you will receive a prepaid shipping label.

For all other repairs and international warranty claims, you as the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with getting the item back to us safely.

Free Shipping

All free shipping promotions will only be applied to orders shipping within the United States unless otherwise noted.
