To start a return, repair, or warranty claim, contact us at hello@maur.co. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have thirty days after receiving your item to change your mind for any reason. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item you're returning was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We'll do everything we can to make it right.
All custom and B-stock items are final and cannot be returned unless making a warranty claim. We cannot accept returns on gift cards either. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Items purchased directly from our website or an authorized reseller are covered by a 2-year warranty against any defects or malfunction. Simply send it in, and we'll repair it or send you a replacement for free. If the damaged item is no longer under warranty or was purchased used, we'll be happy to repair it for a small fee on a case-by-case basis.
